Welcome to Thirsty Chicks, the sisterhood for women to be restored by the well! I’m Crystal and I’m so glad you’re HERE! I’ll share a little more of my story later, but before then I think you need to know why you’re here.

Have you had to battle depression, anxiety, fear, rejection, and low self-worth in your lifetime?

Yeah, I know what that’s like and I’m telling you I overcame all of that and so can you!
There is hope for you to overcome and His name is Jesus, or who I like to call, The Well.

WHY ‘THIRSTY CHICKS’?
I’ve gotten a lot of questions about this and even doubted myself about keeping the name the name, but the pun is intended. We’ve all been thirsty for something, and women especially like to fill our spaces with things, people, facades, thoughts, and lies that can never fill us. Thirsty Chicks was created to help reveal the well within and to introduce you to the one who has the capacity to fill the voids we try to fill ourselves.

BROKEN VESSELS DON’T HOLD WATER.
Now we all know what it’s like to be broken people, no matter if we think so or not, no matter how perfect we think our backgrounds and life experiences have been, scripture tells us in Psalms 51:5 that we were “born in sin and shaped in iniquity.” It also states that if we’re born to this earth, our days are already full of trouble. Now, this might be discouraging to you, but this is nothing new. We are broken people, who live in a broken world, but we don’t have to stay broken!

REVEALING THE WELL
Thirsty Chicks is not just a book, a brand, a sisterhood but it’s my journey and it’s the message that God created me to carry. I was thirsty for the wrong things like some of you, but I found THEE WELL! Now, I know you can’t see me, but I could run right now! I dare not hide my source from you! So, welcome to the community hub of thirsty chicks, we can all take a drink together at the same time. What?! HUH? Yeah, I know, but contrary to popular belief Jesus is not like man, who’s limited, but he can fill each and every one of us to capacity, no jealousy, no compromise, no comparison…simultaneously.

RESTORING THE WORTHY
“I AM WORTHY”. This is my testimony; I’ve been on a journey of discovery, and it matters that you hear my story. Women all across the globe struggle with the same things and oftentimes don't have any direction or community to help them navigate through the healing process. My purpose and my focus is to affirm the little girl within, shifting your mindset from a broken state to one of confidence and boldness. There’s no more hiding the woman you’re purposed to become! Now, it won’t just be me, but we are a community, a sisterhood of women who can draw strength from one another. My hope is for us to help each other identify our brokenness, even those pains that are hidden away, to provoke us to partner with the Holy Spirit. We’re going to do the work to strive towards wholeness and we’ll do it together!
